There is no feast this grill can't handle with 60,000 BTU of available heat provided by the four lifetime-warranted, independently controlled, cast stainless steel main burners. Outstanding cast stainless steel technology is guaranteed to resist corrosion, rust, wear, tear and damage for life! A whopping 627 square inches of primary cooking space plus a 264 square inch warming rack gives the chef more cooking space than nearly any grill available!

Cast Iron Cooking Griddle:

The Chateau offers dual cooking options with both stainless steel cooking grids and a cast iron cooking griddle, also included in the package.

Rotisserie Burner & Spit:

The Chateau roasts meats and other delicacies up to a massive 15 lbs. using a heavy-duty, 1/2 inch hexagonal chrome-plated skewer and dual 4-prong forks. The 10,000 BTU ceramic infrared rear burner is included in the Chateau package, and is UL & CSA approved. Motor is housed in a stainless steel casing; counterbalance included.

Cast Stainless Steel Burners:

These burners are "diamonds in the rough!" Cast stainless steel burner quality far exceeds industry standards, offering advantages for every chef to enjoy for a lifetime. Heavy-duty cast construction prevents rusting, corroding and decay even from salt and heat exposure. The lifetime guarantee says it all.

Smoker Tray:

Add some zing to your meal with savory smoke flavor - try apple wood chips or a little Jack Daniels! A stainless steel smoker tray allows for plenty of imagination that will help make your mouth water!

Stainless Steel "Kitchen Cabinetry":

The Chateau is truly a portable kitchen! Chefs can store all their secret spices and sauces in the solid, double-lined, fully enclosed cabinet and dual pull-out drawers. Built-in condiment racks, an extra shelf, and even a towel holder offer plenty of storage. A separate enclosure houses the propane tank out of site.
